Lithop

Simplifying the lead conversion process

What

Lithop, a service provider for various graphic design works, was looking to revamp its digital presence to improve lead generation and sales. Prior to the redesign, the user journey was complex, causing potential leads to drop off before completing purchases. My role in this project involved creating a more streamlined process from the initial ad interaction to the final checkout, ensuring that users could easily navigate the platform.

A key aspect of the relaunch was the creation of a comprehensive design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform. Additionally, I introduced a dark mode to provide a more modern and accessible experience. The primary goal was to simplify interactions while enhancing performance and usability, making it easier for Lithop to convert leads into customers.

Problem and solution

Lithop faced several challenges, the most critical being high abandonment rates due to a complicated form and checkout process. Users found the journey to be unnecessarily long and complex, leading to frustration and drop-offs. My approach was to first conduct an analysis of the user flow and identify areas where simplification was needed. By removing unnecessary steps and streamlining the form interactions, we created a more intuitive user experience that significantly reduced friction.

In addition, I developed a design system that ensured visual consistency across the platform, making it easier for users to navigate and interact with Lithop’s services. Overall, Lithop’s new digital presence, supported by a cohesive design system, helped the company retain more leads and convert them into customers, while offering a more user-centered experience.
